Roadmap Signal: Near-Term Improvements for Multi-Org Tenancy

We’re focusing near-term work on the parts of Neuro-me that matter most when multiple orgs share the same platform: isolation, routing clarity, and predictable control boundaries. The goal is simple: reduce cross-org risk while keeping operator workflows fast and auditable.

First, we want tighter tenant separation in the control plane. That means clearer boundaries around which org owns which data, which workers can touch which resources, and where secrets and settings live. For multi-org systems, this is not just a security improvement — it also lowers the chance of accidental misrouting and makes reviews easier.

Second, we’re improving observability around delegated work. Operators need to see what happened, when it happened, and which worker profile handled it, without relying on memory or informal notes. Better logs and status signals help us fail closed when something is uncertain instead of guessing.

Third, we’re aiming for simpler policy-aware automation. The platform should make it easier to run bounded tasks safely, while making privilege changes, outbound actions, and sensitive operations harder to do by accident. That matters most in multi-org tenancy, where one weak boundary can affect more than one workspace.

If this lands well, the operational result is fewer surprises: cleaner isolation, easier audits, and less time spent untangling shared-state issues. That is the direction we want the Brainstem platform to keep signaling.
